Total Body Stretch and Strengthen Walk in the Park
While you are taking your walk or hike, there are a number of exercises you can do to stretch and strengthen your entire body. Here is an example in this video. A lot of times you will be able to find things you can use for exercises in your environment. You can mix and match however you like by doing more walking/hiking, stretching or strengthening components, you can spend more time on one or a couple body parts, and you can even do sets in between walking/hiking. Enjoy the outdoors, there is a beautiful connection between exercise and nature.
