How to Exercise the Muscles You Use Everyday

There are muscles and muscle groups we use each and everyday to live our lives. So, there are exercises, stretches, and movements that are designed to prepare our muscles for everyday use. This is in addition to the stretches and exercises we do each week to increase the overall strength of our muscles. Here are some everyday exercises I do.
