Many people talk about core strength, few talk about core flexibility, and even fewer talk about joint health of the core. However, to truly have a strong core that will help you perform all your activities in a day, while protecting you from injuries which lead to low back pain, hip pain, leg pain or sciatica, you need to have a core the has all 3 components. The joint health of the spine and discs, core flexibility and core strength. This video focuses on core flexibility.
